Descriptions
Epson DX5 is a High Performance Printhead. It has 8 channels and 180 nozzles for each line, for a total of 1,440 active nozzles. It also has a new coating that repels the ink around its nozzles and thus drastically reduces its clogging, at the same time that it ensures better control and placement of the drop, thus requiring less maintenance. This translates into ink and solvent savings, shorter printing time, and longer print head and other component life.
